I am one of many strong women who have come from this House. I’ve heard it said that rocks beget rocks beget rocks. As I look back upon the women in my family, I see strength, resilience, helpers, nurturers, care-givers, providers, prayer warriors, mothers. There is a common thread that is woven through all the women in my family. We are women of faith. This faith has anchored me through many storms in my life. The matriarchs in my family were sure to pass the baton of faith onto the generations behind them. This website my tribute to my family in the little community in the heart of Southeast Alaska. It is also about the faith that anchors my life and my roots in the House that Anchors my life and spirit and secondly, about my weaving projects. Grab your cup of coffee or tea and join me on my journey of obedience, learning, creating, praying, encouraging, nurturing and helping. There is room at my table for you!
